By accessing or using Servantana, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
2. Service Description
Servantana is a marketplace connecting customers with independent professionals. We do not employ workers directly and are not responsible for the quality of services provided.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through third-party providers. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Workers set their own rates and are responsible for their own taxes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Servantana is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, disputes between users, or actions of service providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the last 12 months.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these terms or for any reason with or without notice.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
